He served in M.P.ElectricityBoard as an executive engineer (projects). He left thisjob to joinIndian Air Force as commissioned officer in TechnicalBranch. Hewas selected to the core team for establishing MIG-21manufacturingcomplex in Nashik (Maharashtra). He took pre-matureretirement fromIAF to join Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) fromwhere he retiredin 1991. During the later part of his tenure in HAL, he developedkeeninterest in management training. Since 1985 he has beenteaching MBAclasses in various institutes. Presently he isteaching the MBA andMCA classes in CSJM and CSAUniversities . They are stateUniversities in Kanpur. During the 25 years of teaching more than seventhousandstudents have earned graduate and post graduate degreesunder hisguidance. The author bemoans the lack of confidence andgrowingconfusion among the young people to tackle the future. Author hopes that this book will help the young generationtodismantle the mesh of confusion and to look to the bright futureofknowledge, health, divinity, success, happiness and peace.
